3 hours to focus on wellness, fitness & food with a fabulous group of like-minded women just like you

We’ll make a healthy & nutritious lunch together, share a long table lunch, re-energise with a beautiful Pilates/movement session & you’ll create your own self-care routine that helps to rejuvenate & energise you each week

There’ll be plenty of time for conversation, questions & connection

Walk away feeling recharged & refreshed!


What you need to know

*Lunch is provided

(we make & share food – let me know if you have any dietary requirements)

*all materials & activities are provided

For the Pilates/movement session:

*BYO mat & towel

*Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in

(bring a change of clothes just in case)

There is also a free gift for all attendees!!
