  • weekly 60 minute 1:1 coaching sessions via phone / Zoom (total 12 sessions)

  • Voxer support so you never stay stuck
  • ‘tools’ to support you make the dietary, exercise & lifestyle changes you want
  • simple informative handouts to help increase your nutritional knowledge & recipes that are simple & healthy to prepare
