Hi and a great big warm welcome from Australia. I’m Fiona, but you can call me Fee.
I’ve been in the health and fitness industry for about 27 years, as a fitness instructor and then as a coach bringing in nutrition. It’s been a big part of my life – walking, swimming, cooking and of course eating! I love food!
I’m a huge advocate of women in their 40’s and 50’s. Not teaching you ‘how to’ diet and lose weight, because you’ve been bombarded with a lifetime of unhealthy messages about your body and how to look after it. No, instead, I’m here to help empower you. I want to help you surround yourself with like-minded women and teach you how to care for yourself and your body, so you feel healthy, fit, and powerful.
You won’t find a one-size fits all approach here because they don’t work, and you are worth so much more. I’ve taken my experience in the industry, what I’ve learned about food and health from living all over the world, a lifetime of teaching, and my knack for being able to understand what makes people tick to help you understand what your body needs. Just imagine knowing what kills your energy, what uplifts you, understanding what food your body needs and what exercise you crave. Working with me will help you be able to listen to your body and give it what you need, so you feel fantastic.

– I used to be a glassblower!
– I love Island life and have lived and worked on islands all over the world (I’m originally from the Isle of Wight in the UK)
– I love nothing more than cooking for friends and family – relaxing in the kitchen, enjoying delicious food with a glass or two of wine!
– I’m a Labrador dog lover and Amber’s furiends like to keep guard while I’m cooking in the hoping I might drop something (while she snoozes)!
