MEET FEE..

I’m Fiona, but most people call me Fee, and I’m based in Australia.

I’m a huge advocate of women in their 40s and 50s, who have been bombarded with a lifetime of unhealthy messages about their bodies and showing them how to look and feel amazing when what used to work no longer does.

I don’t want to ‘tell you’ how to diet and lose weight. I want to empower you, surround you with like-minded women, and teach you how to care for yourself and your body, so you feel healthy, fit, and powerful.

I’ve learned over the years that a one-size fits all approach simply doesn’t work. You are unique and I want to help you understand what kills your energy, what uplifts you, how to cook delicious and nutritious food you love, and what exercise your body craves. I want to help you understand how to listen to your body and give it what it needs, so you feel fantastic.
