Hey! I'm Fee Taylor and I’m a Health & Wellness Coach! I work with women who want to feel healthier & have more oomph in their lives - and to do it with a bit of ‘tude!

I support you to create sustainable habits around healthy food, movement & lifestyle, and find the best version of YOU!

I’ve been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. I really enjoy helping people with their health & wellness journey - it's very satisfying when the light switches on and it becomes a natural part of their lifestyle! For me, healthy cooking, eating good food and exercise are things I love to do daily!
