My approach

We practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

Our approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, we work with our clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

It takes time to develop healthier habits and for things to ‘click’ into place. We help you find your way through the overwhelming amount of information out there to live a life of ease and enjoy every day!

Hey! I'm Fiona Taylor and I've been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I really enjoy helping people with their health and fitness journey - it's very satisfying when the light switches on and it becomes a natural part of their lifestyle! For me, healthy cooking, eating good food and exercise are things I love to do daily!
